Took my car in there 4 times back to back for check engine problem that they just keep putting parts on. Same problem still exists. $1500.00 wasted dollars later, and not fixed. They say it is my fault since I don't have a garage....My car has 64,000 miles on it and it is JUNK. Hyundai Elantra. Keep saying just bring it back, we will put more money into it for you. Try fixing it right the first time ft Wayne glenbrook Hyundai.
I had gone to a couple of dealership to see what to see about leasing a new vehicle since my lease was expiring. I had looked online at Glenbrook Hyundai and on MOnday a saleman called me andasked me what I was looking for. I told him and we set up an appointment for that night. As soon as I got there a saleman greeted me and got the saleman I was there to meet. The saleman showed me a couple of the vehicles he had in mind for me. Gave my information to the sales manager and half hour later I was the proud owner of a 2013 Sonata. I was very pleased with the whole process from the looking/test driving the vehicles and the financing part. Would highly reccommend Glenbrook Hyundai to all of my friends.
I just bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at Glenbrook Hyundai on 9/15/12. I felt that the sales person (Lois Dennis) was very professional and courteous. She made us feel very comfortable. I was there for quite while and there was never anytime I felt rushed or pressured. Lois made us feel like we were buying a car from a friend. Cleveland B. was a great salesman. He had to go through the normal back and forth B S you have to go through at any carlot, but all in all he was a decent guy which is hard to come by in that world. However, the experience changes when you go to sign paperwork with the "Finance guy". He was your typical phony boloney sales person you would expect at a carlot, not sure of his name (yes, he left that good of an impression). Once i declined on all the extra warranties, he got short with me and I could tell wanted nothing to do with me. Too bad he had to ruin what was a pretty good experience. I wouldn't go back there or recommend the place to anyone, because of this turkey.
We are very pleased with Chad Oberlin at Glenbrook Hyundai thanks to a good deal, good suggestions and the friendly assistance he gave us in the purchase of our new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We look forward to many years of care from the Hyundai team.

Just purchased an Elantra from salesman, John Purdy, who took the time to greet me even after closing and make an appointment with me the next morning early even though he had planned other things. Good start. John then proceeded to guide me through the whole purchas process and took time to explain all the features on my selection before he sent me out to a new and economical future.
This was my first visit to Glenbrook Hyundai. We there to get information on Sonata Hybrid. We were helped by Larry Francis, Larry was very informative about the product he was selling. When we came in we had no intentions of buying a car that day. We went for a test drive and was very empressed with the car. We came to an agreement on a price with absolutely no pressure to buy that day. We went home with car and very happy with it so far. I recently visited Glenbrook Hyundai. I wanted to trade my Volkswagen Beetle in for an SUV. John Purdy, Sales Consultant, was so helpful and asked just the right questions as to what features I was looking for in a new vehicle, what I liked about my current car, what I absolutely had to have in the new car, etc. He showed me a SUV that was exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to explain how the various features worked, and after the sale, John contacted me via email and telephone to thank me and to follow-up with any questions I might have. I will certainly recommend Glenbrook Hyundai and especially John Purdy to friends and family.

We were greeted very quickly, explained the pros and cons of the car, and helped in every way possible! Our salesperson did whatever she could to get us a great deal and made sure we were satisfied customers! Fully deserves a 5 star rating in every category :)
We were very happy with the staff at Glenbrook Hyundai. Our salesperson was very personable. he made purchasing a new car fun and relaxing without feeling pressured or badgered. We love our new car and would recommend him and Glenbrook Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase an affordable but classy fuel efficient vehicle.
I got the car I wanted and the sales staff were very helpful with financing. They also weren't pushy.

I've purchased 2 cars in the last 2 months from Glenbrook Hyundai with Ted Campbell being my salesman! The first thing I would have to say about Ted is he is not even low pressure... he's no pressure! Either you want the car or you don't! I respect this in a sales person!!! Ted was friendly and showed nothing but professionalism with my Husband and I! Ted, thank you for taking the time to help us and believe me when I say I will refer all my family and friends to you!!! I just wanted to share my recent purchase of a new 2011 Hyundai thru Glenbrook Hyundai. I was working with Lois and she helped me thru the entire process in a courteous and professional fashion without being pushy at any point. I had a special situation in which I was trying to trade in two great old 1970's cars and at first I did not think it was possible, but Lois and Shane never said anything negative and we were able to work out a great deal that worked for all involved. This is my 2nd purchase from Lois and I would recommend her and Shane to anyone.
Caveat Emptor, BUYER BEWARE! Do not trust this dealership. They kept pushing me towards a more expensive vehicle. I made teh deal for the car I wanted and when signing the deal, it changed. Even after the salesman came in and confirmed my deal with the finance manager, he still refused to honor it. The finance manager stated the deal was to complicated for me to understand why it wouldn't be made. After 1 hour, he finally shredded his contract and rewrote it my way. Again, love the car, will not go back to that dealer.
