The product was sent and came in the condition described. However, when the product came, the packing slip had a different total amount for the purchase. Both my online confirmation and the e-mail confirmation received after purchase quoted my order to be $59.85, however my bank confirmed that I was charged $67.85 (as quoted on the packing slip). I contacted the company who informed me that the "confirmed" amount for shipping was actually just "an estimate." They had no desire to correct the issue and the customer service representative I spoke with essentially told me that there was nothing they would do.

Ordered a product based on pictures listed on website and received a similar product. Called company and was told this is the same product, the manufacturer had changed the box and the pictures on the items. I had obtained the items they have pictured before from a local company and they were really nice The items I received from Funtastic are cheap looking, appear smaller, and have a lighter weight. Also the first one I tried did not work properly. Don't think I will order again, and cost to return is too expensive. Altthough I must say the customer service people are very kind and were great to work with. Shipping is high even though I am only 2 or 3 hours away. I give them 3 stars for customer service. UPS charges the shipping so can't fault them for that I guess.

This is a great place to shop for carnival supplies and school santa shop items. They have good quality items, and some unique things. The warehouse is neat and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
