A failed attempt at trying to make a five star restaurant or perhaps something so special that customers would want to pay a premium just to eat there. If you eat there you'll see that there are plenty of folks who have bought into the idea that it is a great place to eat out notwithstanding the extra cost. My take is that your best bet with Eddie's is to catch one of the occasional dinners specials. Otherwise, you will pay a premium on something that does not desire it, but if you like the place that may not matter to you.

MOST OVERPRICED RESTAURANT THAT I'VE EVER BEEN TO--and I travel all over. HORRIBLE food. STAY AWAY.

Let's started with beer. $4.50/bottle for Amstel Light. Wine list is ungodly priced over market value; same restaurants within a few miles serve for 30-40% less (Chop's, Opus 24, even next door at Biaggi's). All soups, salads, and sides are a la carte; nothing comes with entrees except their dried up "homemade" bread. Asparagus is $8.00 per serving! Seafood is obviously frozen; no creativity to preparation. Filet mignon is a tiny little piece of meat on a big plate with a ton of parsley. No flavor, again, no creativity. I would rather eat seafood at Long John Silver's and meat at Arby's than to go to this place again. This place is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place is an insult to anyone with any class, let alone any taste in food.
