I wrote a nasty review a few months back out of anger and I just want people to know they are making it right. My brother is handicapped and I believe it was a big misunderstanding and I don't think I had the whole story. so I intervened on behalf of my brother. They did let me return the item and we received half a refund and they will be returning the remainder next month. So under the circumstances I think they were fair. When I find my old post I will recant my original post.

I had wrote a bad review a few months back when I was angry. Can't find my original post because I was going to remove it. There was a misunderstanding between the owner and my handicapped brother. But after talking things over he allowed me to return the clock and gave me half the refund and next month giving us a full refund. Under the circumstances if my brothers mental condition I feel he treated me fairly in offering a full refund. Plz disregard my old review I will remove it when I find it. Regrets: Don't write reviews when your angry!!!
