      Don't trust these people!

      I would not recommend this agency because not only will they hound you for payment, the people they send over to your home are not trustworthy and seem very lazy. I came home several times to find the representative sitting watching tv and my loved one no where to be found. Do not give any more money to this family. I would suggest going to another agency if you want value for your money.

      As a medium size business we do expect payment for services. I believe the issue here was paying their bill. We have been in business for nice years and have never had a complaint like this. We have an excellent reputation in the area. Occaisionally a business has customers that do not want to pay their bill. Hopefully you will call us and we can discuss this. Matt Anders
