We take an evidence-based, functional approach towards our patient care. Living a healthy life is about more than just getting out of pain; it's about functioning well. Not only do we want to get you out of pain, but improve the function and quality of it dramatically. We accomplish this through an approach we call "Functional Medicine" which is personalized medicine, it's systems medicine. We accomplish this by focusing on the up-stream or mechanisms of action rather than the down-stream effects or "symptoms" that patients experience.

Depending on the complaint, our examinations will contain orthopedic, functional, neurological and even radiological or laboratory testing. A detailed and comprehensive history and examination is the only way to determine and classify the root, or mechanism of the issue, and not just the down-stream effect or symptoms that you are currently experiencing. No two patients are alike, and because of that, treatment protocols are specific for each patient and each condition. At The Chiropractic Care & Wellness Center, we take a broad approach to medicine and therefore, utilize a number of different tools and techniques depending on the needs of the patient.
