This place is a dirty trailer park nothing for kids to the managers don't care about there residents at all people move out of here all the time it floods when ever it rains I would rather live on the streets th a n ever come back here again plus they over charge you for rent and the trailers are over priced and they fall apart after a year

This park needs very much work done to it has many unliveable homes in it and very dirty streets.Nothing for children to do.
