C. Miller and Sons, Inc is a family owned and run business now in our fourth generation. Our founder Christian Miller was born in Germany, September 1, 1861. As a youth he was indentured to the trade of tinner. At the age of nineteen he realized his future was overseas, so he came to the United States. He settled briefly in Toledo, Ohio, as well as Dayton, where he gained employment at his craft. At the age of twenty he moved to Huntington, Indiana, and established a small tin shop. In 1911, he moved his ever growing business and family to Fort Wayne, Indiana. Today as in 1881, we still stand for the integrity, conscientious workmanship and fair trade that was the trait of our great grandfather.
