Service is not good. They don't answer the phone. This phone number listed rings to a fax machine half the time. Emergency needs for a 90 year old were not addressed. It has taken more than a week for a machine and they still indicate they need another 2 weeks. Not advised to use unless you have a lot of time to wait!
Very rude when I made an appointment to exchange my CPAP mask. Didn't have one to try on, and couldn't understand why I was unhappy with the one they recommended. Since then I've always dealt with cpap.com and they've been wonderful. They're also about 1/2 the price. It's cheaper to buy my supplies and a replacement machine WITHOUT insurance than what my copay was at Apria. When it was said and done they charged between my insurance and my co-pay about $1400 for a machine that I could buy for about $450 from cpap.com. And yes it was the exact same machine. BTW they also refused to send an itemized bill, when I asked for one they just put down that I refused to pay the bill and sent it to collections. I will NEVER do business with them again.

There are good people that work here, like the receptionist that apologized for the respiratory therapist assigned to me. He was inconsiderate and rude before we even met the first time and it went down hill from there. My sister accompanied me on that first visit and was as shocked as I. There are other businesses in town and we would recommend trying any one of them before this one.
