At first I was very pleased with working with this company. I payed by deposit and signed the contract. Four months later they called to tell me they "double booked" the trolley on the same day in which I wanted it. I find this very odd they caught a mistake four months later. After asking several questions I found out that someone else changed their date and therefore since they paid a deposit before I did they were able to take my date. This is not good business, a contract is a contract and customers should not be able to change their date and bump someone else out.
