Allen County Prosecuting Attorney s office, located in Fort Wayne, Ind., employs more than 100 attorneys, paralegals, investigators, administrators, security and support staff. The office files and disposes various misdemeanor and felony cases. Its criminal division pursues nearly 2,000 felony cases, 10,000 misdemeanor cases and 30,000 infractions each year. Its victim services division is responsible for implementing rehabilitation programs for crime victims throughout Indiana. Additionally, the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney s office offers a variety of deferral programs, such as the Pretrial Diversion Program and the Infraction Deferral Program.
