LoJo Vault Assault is founded by Lawrence "LoJo" Johnson. LoJo Vault Assault is designed to help pole vaulters around the world. LoJo Vault Assault provides monthly training plans for ALL sports. LoJo Vault Assault does video analysis. LoJo Vault Assault also does pole vault camps and clinics.
