Stay away from this company!!! They will promise an estimated completion date on repairs then give erroneous revised dates after your item has been taken in. They do not have much trust in local residence to pay by personal check (will not accept), I did not receive an estimate on the cost of the repair before the work was performed. I did not have the opportunity accept or refuse the charge . After the repair was completed I was given a bill that I felt was not reasonable. I decided to cut my losses and not accept the charge and leave my TroyBuilt generator at this repair shop.

I went to this establishment to get my riding lawnmower's tire fixed. They promised to have it ready the next day, it was not, and I received it two days later. When I got the tire home, it and tried to install it the next day, the tire was flat! I called and told them the issue and the company said they don't honor tire replacements and I would have to bring it back in and be charged ANOTHER fee! I had no reason to lie, however, this company chose to think I did. I would not recommend South Potomac Lawn and Power to anyone.
