When we say that we care about you we mean it! Our services range from repairing your carpet that might have gotten stained or wrinkled. We will patch it up or restretch it for you! We also have our own carpet samples to choose from, from inexpensive to expensive plush carpet, commercial, indoor/outdoor carpet, to various priced berbers. We provide professional interior/exterior painting services, no job to small or great. Our other services are exterior rotting wood repairs using never rot vinyl replacement, power washing, drywall, drywall finishing services, unfinished basements or flooded basement repairs, wall repairs(holes in walls, etc.) We want to thank you in advance. Look no further! Mr. Sanchez is who to trust for your home improvement needs. I stumbled across his website while looking to get some urgent home repairs done as a result of my home inspection before the closing date on my house. I cannot thank Sanchez Home Improvements enough for urgently assessing what I needed to get done, and working promptly to get my repairs started. Mr. Sanchez has excellent communication skills and jept me well informed which greatly alleviated my stress level. As a Registered Nurse, i felt Mr. Sanchez showed me the compassion and care that I show to my patients. Mr. Sanchez takes pride in his work. His workers are very nice, polite, and very tidy. My friend had an appointment to have her home carpeted and she received the absolute worst service! Mr Sanchez was rude & completely unprofessional! He didn't keep his scheduled appointment that was arranged and didn't even bother to call to let her know, she waited for hours and then once she reached him, he had no explanation as to why he did not call to inform her or as to why he neglected her appointment. I would never use his services & would not recommend to anyone
I was referred to Sanchez Home Improvement by a family member for a complete basement carpet install. i requested an estimate and Sanchez came to my home the very next day with various carpet options to choose from. The day of the install he was prompt and got the work done in a timely manner. The finished product is beautiful and the install was very reasonably priced. He showed up with his team ready for work and worked long hours to get our home painted and carpeted in the time frame we needed and that he agreed to. We also needed plumbing work and with no hesitation, Mr. Sanchez recommended one and we were able to have plumbing work done in three bathrooms as well as a sump pump installed in the basement.
We cannot recommend this company enough, the staff helped us with things around the house that they were not expected to do, just out of genuine kindness. Because of their reasonable pricing, we were able to get more done than we expected. We are looking forward to doing more work with this company, and now we consider them as part of our family.
