Provided by YP.comI attended their Veterans Day free dinner they advertised, as a 26 year, Gulf War veteran. I was handed a Veteran's menu with options to chose from, and another piece of paper telling me I would get half off a glass of wine, if I went to the bar and showed the paper. I was also given a buzzer for when my table for one was ready. I did not chose to have a drink and continued to wait for a table. After about a half hour or so I was seated. My waitress asked if I served and when I told her yes, she said she did too. I ordered water with lemon which is my standard drink, even at home. I already knew what I wanted to eat as I had plenty of time with the wait to decide. My waitress asked if I wanted a complimentary glass of wine. I replied "no thank you." She responded with "are you sure?" "It's free, you should have one." I said "well okay." She returned with two bottles of wine and two glasses. She poured a little of both in each glass and asked which one would I like? I made my decision and she poured a full glass, and then informed me it was going to cost me. Ouch, stab in the back. What happened to my complimentary wine. She said that was the house wine only. My full glass of wine was already poured, so I just let it go and figured lesson learned. So much for thanking me for my service. I was then provided my meal, which was good. I placed a $3.00 tip on the table even though the meal was free, she did serve me. I had to page her to pay for my wine, which was $6.86. I noticed her eyeing the tip I had on the table when she arrived. I then gave her a $20.00 and she tried to give me only change for a ten. I looked at the bill and looked at my change and then her with a scolding face and as I was ready to say something, she says, "oh that's right, you gave me a $20.00. " Scam artist big time!!! Learn from me, be careful if you go there!

On Oct. 27th, 2013, Me and my wife decided to dine at Olive Garden on Miracle Strip Pkwy, the food and wine was great, atmosphere was great but the waitress wasn't. She spent all her time catering to me and forgetting my wife was at the table. She kept calling me, Honey, My Love, Baby...That's not very Professional and down right Disrespectful to my wife. Usually I don't pay attention to these kind of things, but my wife brought it to my attention and I put down my phone for a few minutes and watched, every time she came to table, she came directly to my side ask me all the questions, not even bothered to ask my wife anything at all. When she brought the check to me I ask her to give it to my wife....The look on her face,,, Priceless.

Provided by YP.comThe food is what I've come to expect from Olive Garden's - consistently good and fairly priced. I eat at this location pretty often and with only 1 exception have had good to outstanding service.
