Not very customer oriented at ALL! Took boys to 6-8 special. Very slow long lines so didn't get skates til 6:45. Asked if they were going to extend time to 8:30 and of course they said no. Took them again today right after movies and BK which was 4:05. Coupon was for 5-10pm Asked them if they could enter early with coupon because picking them up at 8:00 since they're only 11. Answer was "no, had to be 5:00" even though place was practically empty. It's okay if customer get short changed but they won't make 55 minute concession for customer. Also took almost 12 minutes for girl & a old lady to figure out how to enter coupon in register. When kids go home after summer visit, won't have to deal with this place again and won't recommend to visitors.

Awesome Skating rink! Amazing sound system/lighting. Best place for bday parties!
