I went to this office and I waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment time just to get to see the dentist. No one was waiting ahead of me. WHAT could have been the hold-up? The receptionist made me sign some new patient paperwork. I was asked to sign a form that says I agreed to my privacy rights but when I advised the receptionist that I never got the privacy rights form she said "You would just through it away." Then said "If you really want to see it I will go make a copy I guess but you don't need it". I thought it was a awful I felt like I had to beg for a single privacy rights form. Ridiculous. Once I saw the dentist it was an okay experience. I had an appointment the following week at 9am. I called the night before my appointment to reschedule and the office was closed so I left a message. I recieved a call back the next day around 10am. She advised me there is a 25.00 fee if you dont cancel at least 24 hours before the apopintment. I said I was sorry and not aware of it. She then said "You WERE aware of it because there is a sign in the office". I was shocked she would be o rude but just blew it off. I then rescheduled. During the call she accidentally had scheduled me for a Tuesday appointment and said "wait, sorry... you wanted Thrsday didn't you". Well, I got a bill in the mail with 100 dollars in late fees on it. I left a message for them to call me back because it was after hours. The dentist (Emily) called back raising her voice at me and saying that there is a sign in the office and there is no way I missed it and that i was a no call no show for four appointments. I called back saying I think she was mistaken because I only had one apointment-she said she wouldnt charge me the fee the first time- and I never missed my second appointment on a THURSDAY not a TUESDAY. Then she called back telling me I was wrong and did miss the appointment. WOW... Really? Emily and the receptionist are jerks and I would not recomend going here.
