Fairview Elementary School offers educational programs to more than 570 students in grades kindergarten through 12. Its educational programs include administrative, nursing, counseling, custodian and food services. Its staff includes speech and language pathologist, psychologist, and media and literacy specialist. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, English, mathematics, arts, social studies and science. The school offers various extracurricular activities, such as music, fine arts, games, physical education and sports. It organizes events, such as picture day, parent-teacher conference, homecoming celebration, Domino s pizza day, watchdog dad pizza night, school skate, grandparent s day, and field trip and picnic. The school s parent-teacher organization involves parents in various fund-raising activities of the school. It accredited by the North Central Association and Arkansas Department of Education, and works in partnership with Beverly Enterprises, Riverside Furniture and City of Fort Smith Sanitation Department.
