I had heard good reviews about this salon. My first visit was on Friday, April 3. It was very busy and there was a 40 minute wait, but I knew this would be the case since it was Good Friday. I was seated at a pedicure station where the pedicurist at the next station proceeded to run the water into the tub. It was scalding hot and when I told her, she changed it to cold. Hating to be difficult, also since she was not friendly at all, I didn't say anything and the hot and cold water mingled, making it only lukewarm. Finally, my pedicurist arrived. She was very young and had her phone in her pocket with earbuds around her neck. She began the pedicure. Immediately, while working on the cuticles, she "stabbed" the side of my big toe in the quick and it began to bleed. All she said was sorry and applied some liquid to try to stop the bleeding. I should have left then, but I didn't. The nails were not very long but did need trimming, which she did not do. So, they were uneven. I chose the pedicure which is the one above the basic. The pedicure was supposed to last 40 minutes, but I may as well have gotten the basic, since my pedicure was shorter than the 30 minutes. She polished the nails and, as she was putting on my sandals, she rubbed the polish off of a couple of toes and had to re-do it. Oh, and I failed to mention that throughout the pedicure, she kept getting text messages, so she would stop and read them. This must have happened 8 or 10 times. As if this wasn't bad enough, I got an eyebrow wax and she didn't even pluck the eyebrows which weren't removed by the wax. I didn't realize this until I got home and had to finish it myself. I also got a manicure, but I only wanted clear polish. So, she placed me at a manicure station and was clipping my nails when the manager sent her to do a pedicure and the "unfriendly" lady came to finish my nails. No personality whatsoever!!!!!! She filed my nails, but I had to redo them also since they were filed straight across and were uneven. I am glad I only got the clear polish, because with this type service, there is no telling how badly the manicure would have looked! I paid and should have complained, but I didn't. I am just saying my first experience with this salon was very disappointing. I will never go back. Possibly, I just had the two worst manicurists/pedicurists who work there. However, I do not want to chance this type service again. My toe has hurt since the incident and it will take it days to heal. In the meantime, I am in pain. And to think, I actually paid for this torture!

Nail art does a wonderful job of making you feel great and having your nails done right. For what I have personally had done my nails are in fantastic shape. I have had mine since December 13 and they have yet to chip or come off. The atmosphere is glowing like most of the workers there. For those who are unsatisfied with their nail job obviously have not gone to the right woman. Yes, it does take a bit of time for them to do your nails. Only because they are making sure your nails are on right.

I have always had very nice pedicures coming out of here. However, I wish they would have told me about the time consumption and difficulty of removing gel polish. They said it would last at least 2 weeks and make my nails stronger. It lasted for 3 and my nails felt hard as rocks. However, after researching online how to remove the polish, it ended up damaging my nails. ALL of them broke, chipped, etc down to nothing and it took forever for them to grow back and they are weak. I used to have strong nails but not anymore. I'll continue to get pedicures as they have always done a wonderful job, but no more manicures.

had them all uneven started came off 3rd day they were done had black dirt in the nails horibble job do not use them period i have never had a worse set of acrylic nails done in my life the only thing i can say is the people were very nice ...jus dont know wat there doin ata all

I enjoy the atmosphere, pedicures, waxing, and manicures! I have never had a problem with any of the services! I have gone to other places and paid alot more money for terrible work. At one place my nails fell off just after 2 days and at another they had no idea how to wax! I will never go anywhere else again but to Nail Art!

Good place and almost everything BUT it does look like a 5 yr old painted ur nails, mine also started chipping 2 days after!!! It has never happen before on all the nail salons up in VA where i used to live, and the person doing my manicure stepped on my toenails and messed up my fresh pedicure and when she tried to fix it, it went worse now it looks like a smudge from hell!! Going back for them to fix, will tell u the experience soon

Terrible terrible job and it looks like a child painted my toes. Very unhappy with the work done.

Love this place... They do such a great job everytime and the price is right!
