I bought carpet from this company, it took several weeks to get it, then they shipped it to me at MY cost, it was completely wrong! The dye lots were so bad it didn't look like the same carpet. It is now almost 3 months later they still have my money over $11,000 and the president will not return my calls or get my order correct.Buyer beware especially if they have a rep involved. Next step is I am going to Howel Mi (rep location) and GA for my money. I have both pieces of carpet to show anyone the difference.The president of the company said "he hired new people for quality control" now there fired Just an excuse this is a family buisness and there not professional. BUYER BEWARE! I wouldn't give them any star rating...they are horrible!
