The first day I called they told me they'd come fix my leaking tub after lunch. No one showed so I called and was told they were running behind and would be there in the morning. Fine no big deal. Waited until 4:00 the next day no one showed. I called again same excuse said they'd see what they could do and call me right back. Never called me back. And they never called either day to tell me they were running behind or wouldn't make it. I had to call them both times and wasted 2 days. I could have called another plumber if they coudn't do it. Totally unprofessional.
