I had positive things to say about this place buying and selling until I took a watch in for repair. 2 weeks later and still no estimate so I told them I was coming in to get the watch. I have never been yelled at and berated & treated with such disrespect by a salesman in my life as the rude crude old man in this store. I took the watch to the mall, got an estimate in an hour and the watch was repaired that afternoon. There's no excuse for this man's behavior. He shouldn't be dealing with the public.
