      Horrible cleaning service. Terrible employees. Damaged my dress and refused to take responsibility. I took a dress that I purchased to wear to an event into Magic Dry Cleaners to be cleaned. I asked the lady at the desk if the cleaners were able to clean the dress and she said yes. When I went to pick up my dress I discovered it was damaged. The lady at the desk said that she would talk to the manager and I would receive a call the next day. When I did not receive a call I went back in and the dry cleaner said that she did not damage my dress and blamed the damage on me saying that I bought the dress damaged. I told her I did not buy a damaged dress at which point the cleaner changed tactics and said she could not have damaged the dress because she did not even clean it. I told her if that was the case then she would not have charged me for the cleaning. In the end, the dry cleaner refused to take responsibility and I had a damaged dress that I could not wear to my event. I
