This is the hub for deliveries in and around Ft. Myers FL. There is no local telephone # to reach them concerning the delivery of my package. It was supposed to be 2 day delivery to arrive on 1-30-2010. It was out for delivery on that date, but was not delivered. I paid $25.00 for this delivery, and it is now 2-1-2010, and it is still not here. I am very dissatisfied with the poor service of FED-EX, which I have found to be consistently unreliable over the years. I am very upset that there is no local phone # that I can call to talk with a human being about the whereabouts of my package. The only phone # provided is an 800 # which gets customer service in Timbucktu somewhere. They cannot give me anymore information than I can find by myself, on line tracking my package, which is again, out for delivery today. It is very poor customer service not to provide a local phone # for communication with this merchant.
