I contacted this company and asked about the service fee and hourly rate in advance. When the tech came out, his work was fine, but he wrote the invoice up at 1.5 hours labor, when he only worked for a half hour. Since our company has a parking lot that timestamps his time in and out, I wasn't concerned with proving to his employer how long he was really on the job. I contacted his office manager as soon as he left my office, and let her know that the time he wrote on the invoice was much longer than the time he was on the property. They did change the invoice to a 1 hour charge after speaking with the tech and he told them he was here for 1hr 15min. I would not recommend hiring this company for service, because they didn't care to see the proof that I had showing the tech wasn't even on the property for an hour. This makes me believe the whole office intentionally pads the invoices. If you use them, watch the time.
