When we came home and the temperature in the house was 85 and the air conditioner would not come on we called Central Air who we found in the yellow pages. I like the fact they said they give free advice. They came to our home within 4 hours of the time we called them and the rep was quick to discover the unit was fine, as was the air handler. The problem was the electrical box on the side of the house. It would have been very easy for him to have told us the unit was bad and replaced it for several thousand dollars and changed out the box at the same time. The rep was very polite, knowledgeable and we very much appreciated his honesty. I would recommend anyone who wants great service with honesty and integrity to call Central Air! I will use them for any future issues.
