Working with this company's Saleswoman, who is also the Corporation's Vice President, has been a challenge. I ordered a very expensive, high-end manufactured house. I paid the down payment in July 05. My house was built and ready for delivery on 10/5/05 but sat at the factory and not was delivered until 12/9/05. Cash payment for the balance on the house was demanded by the company and paid my me and my daughter on 12/14/05. We were promised move-in no later than 45 days after delivery (1-23-06). 57 days after delivery, set up no where near completed. I severed my relationship with MCI Homes, Inc on 2/24/06. Numerous requests by me and letters from my attorney requesting title and keys to my house have been ignored.
