I was very disappointed because of the employees attitude and service. When I came in, I was initially ignored, and after I made it known that I was here to look for some glass-block, I was referred to the other employee. As he walked up to the counter, the phone rang and he answered. Instead of asking the caller to hold for a minute, he carried on a lengthy conversation, while the other employee just stood there. As soon as an other customer came into the store, he took care of that one right away. I still stood there and felt kind of dumb-founded. As the employee on the phone made no effort to take care of me, I just left the store. No he was able to come after me and told me that he would be with me in a minute. I told him that I do not like to be ignored as a customer and I left to buy my materials at Home Depot about 12 miles north. Really not a pleasant experience, and sadly this wasn't the first time this happened. I encountered the same rude and non-caring attitude in this store before. I definitely will not recommend this company to my clients and not to the subcontractors I work with professionally.
