So far David is the best Attorney I have ever had the privilege of meeting, working with, or knowing. He has never missed my calls (unless he was in court and then he called me right when he was out). He encourages communication not for money but for understanding. The first time I ever sat with him and had a lot of emotion and a lot to say, not once did he interrupt me when talking and he let me finish what I was saying and understood me and even asked questions to make sure he understood. He works hard and is NOT conceited or a Liar like every single other lawyer I have ever known. He didn't know if he could help my case originally so he did not even bill me for the first two sit downs we had that both lasted 45+min. He does NOT act nice long enough to take your money and run and then avoid you like the plague until the day before court. I have been in and out of Family Court 5 times. Two times I achieved a favorable outcome and I HAD NO representation. The other 3 times I had HORRIBLE representation and lost "all but everything". This being the 6th time I have no idea how it will wind up but for the FIRST time ever I will feel confident with who is by my side when I walk into the court... Also, it will not be for lack of David's trying if one thing here or there does not come out the most favorable. He does not mind working with you a little on some things (monetarily) to help you out, at least that has been my case but then again I show stability and am not trying to "dodge" a bill or him when I owe... His practice is relatively newer then a lot of the older ones but he does a great job they (I can at least speak for right up until the stages I am at, which took a lot of preparation and guidance etc and we are now mostly ready for court and waiting on a date). Again, the outcome of the court is not even here and I am already saying things like this so he has to be pretty great. I will post more after our business is finally done. David if you read this keep up the honest and great work. Too few lawyers care and make an effort anymore, and actually I have yet to meet even 1 other than yourself.
