We are dedicated to our clients mortgage financing (or refinancing) needs! Mike will personally take your loan application over the phone for you in about 10 minutes and get you a SAME DAY preapproval letter for well qualified clients (Just ask me about "Day 1 Certainty"). Our main focus is to provide excellent service FAST for our clients & Realtor Partners. We currently service all of NC&SC for mortgage financing. I have personally been in the real estate business for several years but my passion lies on the financing side. What sets me apart from everybody else is my work ethic and full disclosure to my clients. In a digital era, I think it's important to utilize modern means of communication. I strive to do videos for all my clients to explain the very important details such as fees, closing costs & rates and how those make up your monthly payment and total cash to bring to closing in a way that doesn't just make "sense" it makes dollars!
