Nicely furnished salon that did a great job on my keratin treatment. There is parking next door and most everyone was very nice. I did not feel any pressure to buy products or have my hair cut there afterwards. The owner is a bit gruff but seems very talented.

The worst place I have ever gone too! I told them I didn't want my hair lighter and he made it ten times later and when I asked him to fix it he said yea you have to pay! I will never ever spent my money here again ever! Worst costumer service ever!

9/14/2012 I had a hair cut by Charlie that I liked and a Keratin treatment done at Jolie Toi salon on 9/8. My hair was damaged, dry and very frizzy, after the treatment that was done by Reeana, my hair isn't frizzy anymore, it is silky smooth and very shiny. I love it . Reeana was very professional, educated me thoroughly about the treatment, the after care and the duration of the keratin treatment. I did not wash my hair for 72 hours and used the same keratin Salerm shampoo and mask product that I bought from the salon and was very satisfied with the result. My expectations were met related to the quality of the treatment, the timeliness of the service provided by all the professionals in the salon and the genuine friendly atmosphere. As an educated consumer who had a lot of choices and researched different types and brand of keratin treatment, I picked Jolie Toi salon to give it a try and was happy with my hair cut, and my shiny hair. I adhered to all the instructions provided to me by Charlie and Reeana and my expectations were met. Keep up the good work Jolie Toi professionals...

I had saw that Jolie Toi had just had a grand opening and i was in need of a keratin treatment. I called up and made and appointment and was told on the phone everything i had to do before coming in. I was very pleased with my Keratin treatment! I have herd from some, that the people there were very nice and treated you with respect. What i had herd was not only proven correct, but it was even better. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by there Salon manager Andrew. Right away he introduced him self, offered me refreshments and had some one wash my hair with in minutes. Very professional acting were the stylists and all of which had at one time talked to me while i was there for the 2 hour process. After the 72 hrs of non washing my hair, etc, i washed it and it turned out so silky and smooth. I have told all my friends about Jolie Toi Salon and all came back with similar if not better results. I highly recommend this salon for all services. Thank You Charlie and your team for an amazing job

i would like to first off say how great this salon is. I have been going here since they opened and everything that i have ever needed done or wanted to do they did for me and even better then i expected. I dont just have one stylist there i have 3. Nora always does my color and never messes up. The second person is Chris, he does my keratin... NEVER has it come out frizzy afterwards. As long as you follow the directions given by the stylist for keratin it will come out great. The last person is the great stylist Charbel, he cuts my hair and every time i want something new he knows exactly which style i'm looking for, i tell him 5 words and he goes for it. I love every time i cut it for i look like a new Younger person lol. Thank you guys for all your hard work. i have recomended you to everyone i know.

i.e., A local favorite, I just want to say i feel so good with my hair stylist. He is not just a regular stylist you see everyday, he is the best hair dresser I've met in my life time. I've been his client over 5 years now. I met him at the biggest salon in NYC on fifth ave at John Barret salon. I was John's client and then i saw how Charbel was cutting other customers hair and i said i had to see this guy to change my style. I felt my old look was boring and dull and needed fun . After he cut and styled my hair for the first time i felt great and more confident. i will never leave him, since I've been his customer for so many years. He really is the super star in this industry and i appreciate all his hard work. He has worked on many celebrities and all till this day call for him when they need there hair styled or done. He has fantastic taste in life and the most unique salon I've ever seen. I really do recommend to all the woman who really care about there hair and making it healthier, to visit the master stylist Charbel Mousallem in fort lee NJ and get the best treat you ever had.or highly recommended because
