I tried every method to loosing weight and nothing worked. I was very skeptical about going to a nutritionist because I was extremely embarrassed about my weight. After reading all of the positive reviews about Toni, I decided to give her a try! It was the best decision I have ever made. It's been over a year since I started with Toni and I have lost all the weight I wanted to lose (almost 40 pounds). I love Toni because she has definitely given me a different mindset on food. I agree with the last reviewer - I was a jerk and had her number for quite some time before I called - I wasted so much time and really, she is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love her and the fact that she will design the program for YOU - not someone else.....YOU!!!!!!!
