This UPS Store is forever losing packages, ignoring customers and just plain trashy. Sarah, the new manager is so hateful until people have actually walked out. It is hard to believe that such awful employees exist in the corporate world. Take it from me, find another location to do your packaging with. Other customers wrote, "This is the worse UPS store ever. They are mean spirited, nasty and inhumane. Franz, the past manager, may have not been the best, but he at least did not attempt to demean the customers like Sarah, the new manager tries to do. Sarah is unprofessional, trying terribly to juggle work and school and she is drunk with imagined power. There are better UPS stores to do your shipping at - like the one at 401 E Las Olas - those guys rock and will go out of thier way.
