Speath Engineering is a Civil Engineering Company specializing in providing land development services. These include preparation of site development plans involving sewer and water utility systems, grading and drainage design, streets and subdivision layout, landscaping and lighting, and erosion control specifications. These services are reinforced by the necessary regulatory processing (including representation at public hearings and court reviews) to obtain all permits to construct land development projects. Speath Engineering draws upon the experience of its staff, whose varying expertise is used as a resource to ensure that every client’s project is a success. We firmly believe we are not only an engineering company, but also a company that specializes in problem solving, and creating innovative solutions.
