Hands down my favorite local gym. I just turned 53 and feeling better than ever. You only get one life to live might as well get in shape so you can enjoy it

I only recently started working out again and I think the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Ive been to other places where they act snobby and judgmental but not at Pivotal. Good facility for the average Joe like myself.

I just moved to Lauderdale recently and was recommended this gym by a friend and so far so good =) I love my personal training sessions and others can tell the difference in my physique already. Loving my results and can only wait for it to get better!

Clean, professional environment with quite an assortment of equipment.

This is a great gym that's kept Very clean, I started coming here a while ago when I moved to Fort Lauderdale. The Group Exercise classes are great, very motivational. I enjoy their cycling class its high intensity and I burn lots of calories.

The people that work at Pivotal are truly amazing and friendly. The gym is very laid back and not crowded often. Makes my workout more relaxing because I don't have to rush!

I absolutely love this club...When I first moved to Florida I was hoping that I would be able to get back into the gym. After three years of physical neglect, my once in shape body was now over 40lbs of fat heavier...I know disgusting. I was hoping that I would be able to get even 3 solid days in weekly. I called and spoke to Ezra and decided to go in to meet with him. This feels like a hard core gym, people there are serious about training. It doesn't feel primal, just serious. People are here to workout, this is not a pick up spot. (Then again I am a bit overweight...lol). This place has really motivated me, I now get in anywhere from 5-6 serious workouts weekly. I even convinced my wife to join although we have a full service gym at the building where we live. She now gets in 5-6 days a week as well. We're both doing the personal training, I'm with Mike, she's with Carol. The head trainer Doug is awesome, I text this guy all the time with "what can I eat" questions. This is a great gym, you should definitely give it a shot.

just called to cancel my membership because i moved and found out the sales rep signed me up for a two yr membership and autorenewal of membership on my credit card!!!



shady awful gym with bad equipment, gross members, and no ethics

I signed up for the spinning class an hour early and was the first one on the bike and then they kicked me out of the class because someone else's bike was broken. I told the manager my frustrations and he didn't care one bit. There is no customer service department. I ended up canceling and they charged me triple the cancelation fee. Rip off!!! Equipment is always broken and they don't care about their customers.

Do not sign a contract with this gym . I signed a month to month contract paid a extra 150 dollars . Cancelled my contract and I am getting calls from creditors 5 months later .Management is unresponsive and told me I would have to take care of by calling corporate HQ . Called corporate HQ and they said it would be taken care of and I am still getting calls .
