Founded in 1993, Metropolis Technologies produces call accounting software applications designed for use in the hospitality and general business industries. Its products include ProfitWatch Hotel Call Accounting and OfficeWatch Call Accounting, which have together been installed in several thousand sites throughout North America, including hotels, resorts, casinos, call centers, hospitals, school districts, universities, government agencies, military bases and movie studios. Metropolis Technologies is headquartered in La Jolla, Calif. It also maintains offices in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The company markets its products to domestic and international clients via direct and indirect sales, as well as select original equipment manufacturer agreements.
