As a criminal defense lawyer who formally worked as Broward Prosecutor and Public Defender, I have had the unique experience of handling both misdemeanor and felony cases on both sides of the judicial system. I fully understand that hiring an Attorney is a difficult decision for many reasons. One of the most important is the cost of hiring an Attorney. When determining a fee for a particular case, I will look to the nature of the case, its complexity, and the amount of time necessary to handle the case.
