Or our Fitness Center or our soon to be installed, members only website, where members can stay up to date on all things Lauderdale Tennis Club wherever they are, whenever they want.Keeping in and staying in shape is hard work. It takes dedication and determination, so we've put in place a fitness center to help you get where you want to be. From free weights to cardio equipment, personal training to group fitness and much more. We offer options in an environment that makes you feel at home, no matter what your current fitness level may be. We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular and strength training machines including treadmills, ellipticals, both upright and recumbent bikes, as well as stretching areas and jogging paths around our gated community.
