Fort Lauderdale's weather is a significant draw and accounts for at least part of its enormous growth in population. Professional excellence, however, is not among the positives here. After trying a handful of dry cleaners and being continually disappointed, it has been quite frankly a relief to have finally found one that provides excellent laundry and dry cleaning services. This is owing to the owners who take very seriously their philosophy of treating clients as they would want to be treated themselves. There is a total absence of "attitude"--a consistent sense of being welcomed--and the kind of professionalism one rarely experiences here. Ruthie, Carmen, and Josh live up to my own exacting standards. I'm grateful to them all.
