I just recently got back from my 1st trip to Florida. I was very excited, but admit that I had no idea what to expect. I didn't even really have a plan. I just wanted to see the city and tourist attractions. That brings me to Image Rent a Car. The Image representative was so friendly and helpful. She helped me first of all by making sure everything was in order with my reservation, car requests (it was so clean!) etc. Then secondly, the rep was very knowledgeable in suggesting different sights and restaurants that I might be interested in. If I had not had that help, I would not have enjoyed my trip nearly as much as I did. Thanks to Image Rent a car. I will definitely be using your company again and referring all my friends to you. Myself and 14 other friends are currently holidaying down from here in the USA from Australia in celebration of finishing University. One of our biggest challenges was finding large enough transportation to support our group for our East Coast road trip, but organising it all through Image Rent A Car was an absolute breeze! The lady we spoke with to organise rental was the epitome of exceptional customer service! She even organised DELIVERY of the van itself to MIAMI airport for us! Condition of the vehicle was immaculate, and although it took a bit of time to adjust to driving on the other side of the road, it suited our needs perfectly, and worked out a considerable amount cheaper than what it would have cost for our big group to rent numerous cars for our road trip. All in all, it was one of the most convenient and cost effective choices we made on our entire US trip, and would very highly recommend Image Rent A Car across the board for service, cost and quality

I just wanted to express my gratitude towards Image Rent a Car and their incredible staff, who we had the pleasure of dealing with last week. Originally we had reserved to rent a 15 passenger van for the day to transport our group from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale Sea Port, but due to some circumstances that had surfaced, a few members of our group were unable make it. Thankfully, Image let us change our reservation and downgrade the size of our van to a 12 person vehicle instead without and problems whatsoever, not to mention without any fees or charges. The Dodge Sprinter that we opted for came with some excellent extras such as the built in tv/dvd, which helped make the drive down even more enjoyable, and Image even let us drop the van off in Fort Lauderdale at the Sea Port itself, instead of having to drive all the way back to Orlando. Thank you Image, we'll recommend you to everyone!

My family were just recently down form Norway for my wedding in Miami, however after the wedding, they had made arrangements to fly out of Orlando Airport instead, back to Oslo. I was a bit stumped as to how I would get everyone down to Orlando and thought the my only option would be a mass carpool or the bus for all of them, which I really didn’t want to take as an option. I researched online , which is where I found Image Rent a Car, and dilemma solved! I rented the monstrous 2007 Ford E350 just for the day to transport them all to Orlando, and this actually worked out considerably cheaper than if they would have had to buy individual bus tickets. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the Van itself was a joy to to ride (have never driven anything that huge in my life) and impeccably maintained. We called AVIS, Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo Dollar and more and none of them was willing to wait for us in the terminal and bring the car to the terminal. Excellent 15 Passenger Van Rental Company on Florida Miami Fort Lauderdale & West Palm Beach and Orlando Florida

Last week my family and I made a trip to South Carolina. We called few friends to find a good spot to rent exotic cars in Miami Florida. Few names and locations came up but overall recommendations were for Image Rent-A-Car. So we rented a 2007 BMW 650i Convertible for the long ride. Everything was great, nice clean cut operation, New Cars and rates are just OK.
