5.0 star rating! Active student testimonial 9/2/2010 I am in love with this place and people. You will never find any place like this in US. Instructors are great. They know their skills and they are great at teaching them. They are cool, easy going, encouraging, skillful, and patient. Pretty much all I ever wanted from a Martial Arts and self defense program. Sensei Ruocco is Instructor of the year from Jujitsu America and every 2 years goes to train in Japan to give his students only the best instruction. Trainings are hard but are doable. If you go 1 hour of training 2-3 times per week, you will feel perfect, lose weight and you will learn how to defend yourself. They also have a great Kick Boxing fitness program that is highly recommended. I picked the Multi Style Jujitsu System program because more complete. The best thing about this gym is that is not a franchise but the customer service is really good and me all other students feel like a family. I'm in the adults class but also the kids program is awesome! I highly recommend this academy to everybody in Fort Lauderdale and Broward county!

I have long experience in martial arts and I found professionality and passion in all IMAA team. My kids are so happy and their improuvement is amazing! I'm going to join with my husband next week (the intro class was excellent!). My advise is: If you are looking for a martial arts school for you or for your kids, go to visit International Martial Arts first! Thank you IMAA, thank you Sensei Ruocco!
