Highly qualified tech's not only did they get my computer clean but they educated me on how to keep it that way I've been to multiple tech companies trying to get this problem resolved and I would say they made it worse and they were not very nice about it. That is why I rate this company a 5, they had amazing customer service while resolving my issue. Would recommend to anyone!
