Medicine approved by the American Dental Association (ADA), with an extensive experience as a general dentist for the whole family. Dr. Ruiz specializes in all types of general treatment and is characterized by a gentile treat and educational turn. She led one of the best dental service centers in Puerto Rico for three years and has participated in major community events such as; "National Day Children's Dental Access" of the ADA, "Give a smile to a child" of Colgate and several health fairs including the Pembroke Pines Health Fair held by La Nueva 88.3fm.

So I am scheduled today for a root canal. Its supposed to be at 9:00 a.m. I came in a few minutes late, like less than five minutes late and they told me I had to reschedule and the next appointment wont be until November!! I got extremely upset, Dr. Yarimar Ruiz heard I was upset so she came out from the room where she was with a client and instead of trying to calm and assist the situation she told the front desk to not schedule me for another Saturday! So now I have to take time off from my job and still the next available appointment is not until another two weeks. They never told me to that even if I am a few minutes late their policy is to reschedule, when I asked why didn't they call me this morning to tell me that instead of having me come all the way there the front desk lady said "why didn't I call to say I was going to be a few minutes late". Wow!! Bella Family Dental close at 12:00 on Saturdays so because I'm not scheduled she has extra time, so my point is why couldn't I come in after she was done with her other clients today?!! Horrible way they handled this situation, and I would go to another dentist but the time its going to take to go through insurance will take forever. So I will go through with it and definitely review on that situation when it comes. My advice is don't come to Bella Family Dental late, come 10 minutes early . Not that it would matter because they will have you waiting like when I came another the time before this.

Great so far!����

First let me say I have no affiliation to Bella family dental like Mr. Ruben delgado here, he's the owner or president. I am an actual client. Saturday I get my first root canal so we'll see how that goes, and I will definitely review on that. I had a cleaning done by Dr. Yarimar Ruiz and she was patient with me because I had a lot of questions and she educated me thoroughly on what needed to be done. She sat me in her office and showed me on the computer what was wrong and explained in detail the procedure that she will perform. I didn't feel like she wanted to do a crazy procedure just to get more money. It is true what Mr. Delgado said about the front desk staff, they took the time to explain to me the type of insurance that I have and what would and wouldn't cover. They really do work with you. It is also true about the entertainment room for the children. All in all its been great so far. I will keep you posted on how it goes for my root canal.

Wonderful environment, very relax and don't feel any rush like other offices. They really work it out with insurances and have many real financial options. I was told by another doctor that one of my molar had to be extracted and Dr. Ruiz work it out for my own benefit and saved it. My kids are also a little hyper and never let me go to my appnmts because they get bored, but they have a room for them with video games, movies and wi-fi and they stayed entertained while I was getting treated....Thanks to all staff!
