Not Satisfied!! Supervisor/Salesperson, friendly but dishonest, misrepresented method in which A/C duct mold would be eliminated. He stated he would "inspect, use a top of the line HEPA machine:covers entire vent, pulls NEG force, working the entire system. I was adamant I didn't want a tech coming in to repeat what I did myself: clean registers, vacuum dirt & spray EPA approved mold killer. (I reached 2x farther than the tech). Inspection? Supervisor-never assessed the mold but quickly tried to upsell a fancy air filter & purification system! The tech,very friendly, only did surface cleaning-great for basic cleaning. When asked where the "Neg force" machine was the tech stated the salesperson owned it. When I asked the spvsr/salesman(?), he downplayed the use of the HEPA machine. An hour later I could still smell the mold!! Guess I will use the money I could have spent on the Air Purifier and get new duct work put in!! (which was my original goal!) I want the musty smell gone!!!
