This business is far behind in technology. It takes at least 10 minutes just to get through the drivethrough when only making one simple transaction. Also, customer service is lacking. I can give mulitiple examples, but will spare you. If you are able to use USAA, I would use them as a primary financial institution, and FKFCU as a secondary.
