Dealorship commits illegal activity in their business. Changes terms of sticker warranty that gave WARRANTY-36 months, to service contract with a bankrupt, uninsured insurance company. Then added $2,000.00 (supposedly to make deal work, customer HAD TO purchase this contract)
Then told customer she must lie about date of repairs, in order to be covered by new insurance company.
Kelly's felt no responsibility whatsoever for taking $2,000.00 of customer's money for a non-servicing ins. company. OR, did they even pay for the coverage? Refused to provide proof of payment.
Do business with any other dealership - but stay away from Kelly's unless you want problems.
