Sprague is Adrondack pools now, I believe most of Spragues employees are gone.. Far as I'm concern they were the best..It was time for them to retire after 40 yrs..

They installed our pool 5 years ago - did a great job - and have been servicing it since. Until this season, the service has been great but we have called three times and sent four emails in 23 days asking them to address a problem which is causing us extra expense in pool supplies and they haven't even responded as to when they might come. It must be a change in mgt., for the worse. Very frustrated that they don't return emails or voicemails and when we do talk to them they don't commit to an appointed time to make the service call. We spent a lot of money each season on supplies with them, and having them open and close the pool; don't understand how /why c.s. deteriorated.

Sprague's offers the best service and the best rates, other local competition didn't come close to their service and their prices were much higher the Spragues. I would suggest shopping their before making a purchase.Thanks guys..will be in touch

I called them to get a quote. After the guy came out, he said he'd get a quote back to me by Friday. We hadn't heard anything by mid-week the following week, so I gave him a call, and he said he was in the middle of something and needed to call me right back. Never heard back. Very unprofessional. Definitely don't want someone this unreliable responsible for something pertaining to my home and $.
