My first impression of the Pet Club was good as they have a great selection of higher-end dog foods and adequate toys, etc. However customer service is severely lacking and terribly rude. The young girls didn't say a word as I walked in, just stared at me and didn't respond when I said hello. When I got up to the counter, the cashier didn't ask if I found everything, instead she was eating her lunch on a paper plate right in front of me and didn't say a word. After waiting a bit, I said that this is all I need and she rang me up after hesitantly putting her half eaten plate down on the counter right in front of me. After paying over $100 for two 30-lb bags of dog food, she didn't even reply when I said have a good day. Instead, she picked up her plate of food and kept eating without an offer to help as I struggled with two awkward bags out the door. The terrible service far outweighs the nice store, and I will only be back until I receive my free bag of dog food (after buying 10 bags), then will be moving to PetCo as the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, never rude. The lack of customer service I received was unbelievable.
