I have been working with Paradigm’s Automation Services for over a year. They designed a custom system that has automated several routine office tasks. This has allowed us to provide real time updates and allowed us to shift office processors to more profitable tasks. This has resulted in saving us 3 – 4 hours per day of processing time updating work orders and communicating with both clients and contractors.
