      General Info

      The mission of Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center is to proide training for students while enhancing the health of the community through nutrition outreach, collaboration, and research. In support of CSU's mission , the Nutrition Center collaborates with state Extension to develop and disseminate timely education materials and programs for the public.
